How to make an immune-boosting chai latte at home that tastes café-quality. Make an Iced Chai Latte or Warm Chai Latte at home using this simple immune-boosting caffeine-free chai powder mix.
The love affair between chai and I started a few years ago, when I was prompted to try it by my sister who’d recently discovered the deliciousness that is chai.
Fast forward to today, I enjoy chai lattes and iced chai on a regular basis. It’s one of my favourite drinks to order at a café.

I try not to have chai all too often because of its caffeine content. Sometimes I’ll switch between chai, matcha lattes or dandelion tea. However, since discovering this caffeine-free chai mix, I’ve been reunited with this long-lost love of mine.
This mix is made up of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg, coconut sugar, and clove. Only seven ingredients are required, and it only takes two minutes to make.
Chai powder is rich in immune-boosting spices, and is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral. It will keep for up to three months in a cool, dry place, but if you love chai like me, it’ll be gone long before then.
If you want to add some tea (which will add caffeine), just cut the amount of milk in half and sub in strong brewed black tea.
