Healthy 3-Ingredient Cookies
I used peanut butter in this recipe, but you can swap it out for another nut or seed butter like sunflower, cashew, macadamia, or almond.
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
To make:
- Blend ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
- Scoop out batter mixture onto baking tray and form into cookie-shaped portions, then bake at 200°C (390°F) until cooked through. It took around 15 minutes in my oven.
- Let them cool on the tray.
BOOM. Done. They’re honestly amazing!
