These bad boys are the easiest things I’ve ever made (I swear, all you do is pop all the ingredients in a blender, then bake the batter in the oven, and voila!), and only take 12-15 mins to bake!! So from start to finish you’ll have ready-made cookies to enjoy in under 20 minutes!! Woooooooo!! To make, all you’ll need is banana, peanut butter aaaaaaaand cacao powder!! All wholesome, natural, raw food ingredients!
P.S you can even make this recipe into a chocolate mousse, just eat the batter raw and you’ve got yo-self chocolate mousse!!

Healthy 3-Ingredient Cookie Recipe
I used peanut butter in this recipe as I just love love love it, and it goes so well with banana and the chocolatey cacao powder, but feel free to change it up for another nut or seed butter you prefer.
- 3 bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (can use other nut butters like almond or cashew instead if you like)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Blend ingredients together in high powered blender until smooth.
- Scoop out batter mixture onto baking tray and form into cookie shaped portions, then bake at 200°C until cooked through (I let them bake for about 15 minutes, and they came out prefect).
- Let cool then they’re ready to enjoy!!
They honestly taste beast!! Let me know what you think of them! <3
